Ricardo Confessori

In 2004 Shaaman’s Ricardo Confessori released his first live CD and DVD, “Ritualive”, recorded in Sao Paulo, in front of 8.000 fans, featuring special guests such as Andy Deris and Michael Weikath (Helloween), Tobias Sammet (Ed Guy and Avantasia) and many others.

Shaaman was founded after the well-publicized split of the Brazilian metal band Angra, with the two guitarists recruiting a new Angra lineup and the other three forging a new band on their own. The result is Shaaman’s debut album “Ritual”, a powerful but melodic metal album masterfully backed by Ricardo’s double bass work.
