Dobie Gray commented that I sang "Blacker" than he did.  Producer Joe Meador, Musician/Writer Bill Conn, Musician Charlie West and Recording Artist Michael Twitty dubbed me Nashville's Godfather of Blue-Eyed Soul.  I accepted that as a compliment though this is the only time you'll see me in this outfit again!  Ken Sanders
