MP3 is easy, just get
iTunesMP3In iTunes you import just by dragging the file to the screen, than you can right-click on the imported file and a menu will open where you can select "convert to MP3"
Thats it.
PS: here is a guide that I found that is for Mac, but should also work on the PC, as from what I remember the menus are almost identical

VIDEOFor video on the PC, I am not sure what is the easiest way to convert, Personally I use
Quicktime on Mac, and although I am sure that it will work the same way on PC, you will need to have the PRO version of quicktime installed to convert ($29), so if you not already have the Quicktime Pro, I would not waste a $29 just to convert a few files.
Perhaps anyone else has an input in this one?
