Hello!I know that if someone wants to learn an instrument like the piano or the guitar must start studying it from a young age in order to develop a good ear e.t.c.....Does the same thing apply to drums?I am 17 and i want to learn, is it too late for me?

I'm just getting back into drumming after 23 years, and was offered 2 gigs this week.  Its never too late if ya really want it.

If you have the physical ability, the desire to learn, and the patience to practice things....even if they don't come easy, then your age doesn't matter.
