My current studio set up is a 1994 Pearl Export drum kit mounted on an Icon rack, with 20" bass drum, two 70s vintage Remo rototoms, two custom octobans and a Ludwig bronze snare drum. Remo Emperor coated batter heads on toms and Remo Diplomat resonant heads. Remo Ambassador reverse dot coated batter on snare drum. Remo clear ambassador heads on rototoms and octobans. The kit also features a hexagonal Simmons SDS7 electronic drum pad to the left of the snare and under the 10 inch rototom, (triggering a Simmons Clap Trap).
